Billed monthly on the date you first subscribe.

Subscription Terms & Conditions

Please read the following carefully before signing up:

1. Billing and Payment

Your payment method will be charged automatically every month on the date you subscribed. You will receive an order confirmation and receipt by email after each payment.

2. Delivery Schedule

Subscriptions are dispatched monthly between the 10th and 14th. Please allow a few days for delivery after dispatch. If your subscription starts after the 10th of the month, your first order will still be sent during this window and repeat monthly thereafter.

3. Modifications and Cancellations

You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Changes must be made at least 3 business days prior to your next billing date to take effect for that month.

4. Refunds

Because subscription orders are prepared in advance, we are unable to offer refunds once a monthly order has been processed. If you need to cancel or change your order, please do so before your billing date.

5. Communication

You’ll receive email reminders prior to each renewal, so you’re always in control of your subscription. You may also opt out of reminder emails through your account preferences.
